About The Position
Supercuts is seeking a Hair Stylist to provide exceptional guest service. This role involves understanding guest needs, performing quality consultations, and executing requested services efficiently and professionally. Supercuts offers extensive training, a clear career path, and is dedicated to the success of its stylists. Stylists receive intensive training, attend regular seminars, and are recertified annually. Supercuts utilizes proprietary tools and techniques for professional services like haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty services. The salon emphasizes a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and high-quality standards, maintaining its industry leadership since 1975. The franchise owner, Requis Inc., is a large salon franchise with over 500 employees nationwide.
Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Understand guest needs.
- Provide quality consultations.
- Perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
- Closing out the system at the end of the day.
