Requirements

• A current and valid cosmetology license
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• A desire to provide exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• Drive and motivation
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology students with 1300 hours or more
• Experience working at a full service hair salon, barber shop, or spa.

Responsibilities

• Perform ah-may-zing blow outs on our clients!
• Provide an over the top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and memberships.
• Stylist side work includes activities: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product.
• Attend regular meetings.
