Drybar Ballston Quarter (Arlington, VA) is looking for Stylists who love what they do. At Drybar, the focus is exclusively on blowouts – no cuts or color. The role is ideal for individuals who love styling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and desire to be part of a fun, supportive team. The company believes a great blowout is an experience, and provides training and support for both experienced stylists and those looking to refine their skills. They are seeking talented, positive, and team-oriented Stylists passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and growing with a high-energy, service-focused brand.
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license (where required)
- Strong blowout/styling skills (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Passion for guest service and creating a great experience - a hospitality mindset to every guest interaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-driven, high-standard environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to Continuous improvement and growth

Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality blowouts and styling services
- Create a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest
- Build relationships that drive repeat visits and loyalty clients
- Educate guests on products and at-home care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
