About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. A brand new Great Clips is opening soon at Tacoma Place. If you have Great Clips experience, we want to meet you. Join an established team in a beautiful new salon with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Base pay starts at $18 to $20 per hour, with stylists averaging $28 to $35 per hour including tips and incentives. Tips paid daily, 401(k), medical, dental, paid holidays, strong customer traffic, and excellent earning potential.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
