About The Position

Bosley HairClub is hiring a Hair Stylist to provide personalized hair services and build lasting relationships with clients. The position starts at $19 per hour and offers uncapped commissions on styling, retail, and additional Bosley HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning more than $80,000 before gratuities; gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity. Stylists work with an established client base and serve clients one-on-one in private styling rooms.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday closed; flexible options may be available depending on location. Bosley HairClub provides paid specialized training on its solutions, products, and techniques, as well as ongoing training and development through its Stylist Leveling Program. Requirements

• Hold a current, active cosmetology license valid in the state where the stylist will work.
• Demonstrate strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
• Have a client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
• Bring professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
• Consult with clients about their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and Bosley HairClub solutions.
• Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and provide an exceptional experience at every visit.
• Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
