About The Position
HK Salon Group is hiring Hair Stylists at its Supercuts salons. Stylists work in a positive environment and receive ongoing education on current trends in cuts, color, and styles. The salon provides steady walk-in clientele, and stylists can perform haircuts and color services without working as assistants. Cosmetology students in Massachusetts may be eligible to begin working on the floor after completing 500 hours, if their cosmetology program approves. Eligible students can perform shampoos and blow-dries and attend the Hair Stylist Academy to begin cutting on the floor. Average total earnings, including tips, retail commission, and bonuses, range from $19.20 to $38 per hour, with top performers exceeding that range. Education is free and paid. Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license in the state where applying to work.

Responsibilities
- Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate hairstyles and products.
- Shampoo, cut, color, and style hair.
