About The Position

Lola Hair Studio, an award-winning salon, is seeking a talented and ambitious full-time Hair Stylist. This position offers the opportunity to achieve six-figure earnings with the support of leadership and a collaborative team. The salon focuses on investing in its team through ongoing technical, professional, and mindset training. Stylists will perform a variety of services including color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, and extensions. There are also opportunities for editorial work, teaching, and mentoring for those interested. Requirements

Valid Massachusetts cosmetology license
2+ years of salon experience
Strong color and cutting skills; proficient in balayage and highlights
A love of fashion and style; you look and dress the part.
Ability to work as part of a team and understand that collaboration leads to success.
Pride in one's work and in supporting teammates.
Reliability, good communication skills, and a desire for technical, professional, and personal growth.

Nice To Haves

Extensions experience
Experience with alternative hair solutions
Passion for razor cutting

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair services including color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, and extensions.
Utilize skills in razor cutting and extensions (preferred).
Participate in editorial work, photoshoots, in-salon education, teaching, and mentoring junior stylists (optional).
Collaborate with team members to achieve salon goals and provide excellent client service.
Maintain a high standard of esthetics and professional appearance.
