The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Hair Stylist to join the Spa Team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Perform cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting, updos, texture treatments, and other hair services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Monitor inventory of hair care products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of hair techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
• Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
