Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee financial compliance: Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and implement internal controls to safeguard hotel assets
- Manage financial planning and analysis: Prepare the annual plan, projections, and budgets, providing key insights and counsel to hotel management, corporate offices, and ownership
- Monitor and approve transactions: Review and authorize hotel sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to ensure financial integrity and cost control
- Advise hotel leadership: Assist department heads in interpreting financial data and recommend strategies to maximize profitability
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
