About The Position

The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Valet Parking Attendant to join the team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
Assist guests with luggage
Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
• Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
• Assist guests with luggage
• Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Support seamless arrivals and departures: Collect keys, issue claim tickets, and transport guest vehicles safely and efficiently between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas
• Handle guest belongings with care: Assist with luggage and retrieve items from vehicles upon request
• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
