About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy a rewarding career doing what you love! Whether you’re an experienced stylist or a recent graduate, we're excited to meet you. This location is one of the busiest in our market, offering an immediate customer base. We provide ongoing training, career advancement opportunities, paid time off (PTO), and discounts on products/tools. Stylists can earn an average hourly wage plus tips ranging from $28-$35 per hour, with an additional 10% commission on all product sales and a 401k option.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
• Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best.
• Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections.
• Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture.
• No need to bring your own clientele; Great Clips salons provide a steady flow of customers.
