We are currently hiring Habilitation Technicians / Direct Support Professionals in the following areas: Reidsville, NC, Ruffin, NC, Mayodan, NC, Eden, NC, Madison, NC.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (CNA experience a plus!)
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to community activities

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
