About The Position

We are seeking a Gynecologic Oncologist for a locum tenens position in York, PA. This role involves providing clinical and surgical care in a hospital, clinic, and ASC setting. The coverage period is from July 2026 to January 2027, with specific one-week-per-month assignments, including an extended three-week coverage from September 19 to October 9. The position requires participation in after-hours call, with APPs taking first call. Responsibilities include managing inpatient and outpatient cases, performing gynecologic oncology surgeries and office-based care, and collaborating with a dedicated support team including MAs, APPs, and a surgeon. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center utilizing the Epic EMR system, with specialty backup and support staff readily available. This coverage is needed to supplement existing services.

Requirements

• PA License or IMLC
• Board Certified in Gynecologic Oncology
• DEA Required
• Relevant specialty experience required
• Hospital Privileges Required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in academic and surgical settings preferred
• Temporary privileges available (with clean file)

Responsibilities

• Provide gynecologic oncology clinical and surgical care
