When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As a Gynecologic Oncologist with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. We are an established team of physicians, collaborating with advanced practice providers and supported by a collegial well-trained staff. We are excited to welcome another physician to our practice. Clinic and OR are primarily located on the Intermountain Medical Center campus in Murray, Utah. Intermountain Medical Center is the premier academic medical center and flagship quaternary hospital for Intermountain Health. Additional outreach will be provided at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. Weekly schedule will typically include 2 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR. Call will be shared among 7 Gyn Oncologists covering facilities in the Salt Lake Valley. Physician will participate in resident and medical student teaching. Depending on experience and interest, physician may pursue clinical faculty positions, division leadership, medical leadership and research opportunities through Intermountain or our partnership with the University of Utah. Chemotherapy is administered by Medical Oncology. Da Vinci Robot Xi and DV5 Surgical Systems on site. Full scope ICU services on site. Full time physician anesthesia coverage. Position is eligible for a $30,000 starting bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
  • Fellowship training and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • Basic Life Support Provider Certification (BLS)
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain’s credentialing process
