About The Position

Technique Gymnastics is seeking a dependable, physically capable Gymnastics Spotter to assist its competitive gymnastics coaching staff, primarily by providing hands-on spotting on uneven bars for optional-level gymnasts in Levels 6–10. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week, with afternoon/evening shifts of approximately 4–8 p.m.; specific hours are to be determined. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, depending on relevant experience and spotting proficiency. The position is at Technique Gymnastics in Rancho Cordova, California. Employment is subject to applicable background screening, athlete safety training, and demonstrated ability to perform essential job functions safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
