About The Position
Technique Gymnastics is looking for a fun, energetic, and creative Ninja Coach to lead kids ages 6+ through action-packed classes filled with obstacle courses, climbing, jumping, and flipping challenges. If you love working with kids, have high energy, and enjoy bringing out the best in them, this is the role for you!
Requirements
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with strong leadership skills
- Ability to connect with and motivate kids of all ages
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Must be energetic and able to keep up with fast-moving classes!
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in ninja-style training, parkour, gymnastics, martial arts, or related movement disciplines a big plus
- Coaching or teaching experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, high-energy Ninja classes for kids (ages 6+.
- Set up, demonstrate, and spot activities such as climbing, swinging, vaulting, and tumbling
- Encourage kids to push their limits while building confidence and strength
- Keep classes engaging with creative drills, challenges, and games
- Maintain a positive, safe, and organized training environment
- Communicate with parents and staff to ensure a great class experience
