Gymnastics Asst Instructor
About The Position
The Madison Area YMCA is seeking Assistant Gymnastics Instructors. In this role, you will assist the lead instructor in delivering fun, energetic, safe, and educational gymnastics classes for youth. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe gymnastics facility and equipment, follow all YMCA policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, and support a welcoming and encouraging environment for participants and their families. This role also involves supervision of youth, adhering to policies related to boundaries with youth, attending required abuse risk management training, and adhering to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising youth. You will report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations and follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.

- Previous experience working with children.
- Knowledge of gymnastics.
