About The Position

As a Gym Operations Lead, you’ll drive day‑to‑day gym execution while ensuring every member experience reflects our values of empowerment, inclusivity, and community. Passionate about fitness and the Gymshark brand, you’ll lead by example on the gym floor, maintaining a clean, organized, and service‑focused environment.

Requirements

  • Leadership – Ability to lead, support, and coach a diverse team to achieve shared goals.
  • Key Holder– Minimum of one year of experience as a keyholder, with demonstrated responsibility for opening and closing operations.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Strong ability to deliver friendly, welcoming, and high-quality service, ensuring a positive member and guest experience.
  • Communication Skills – Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist members and guests, explain products or services, and collaborate with team members.
  • Problem-Solving – Ability to handle member and guest inquiries or issues calmly and professionally, delivering quick and effective solutions.
  • Adaptability & Multitasking – Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Gymshark’s culture and values, acting as a passionate advocate for the brand and inspiring the team to do the same.
  • Keyholder responsibility to open and close the club, ensuring operational readiness, security, and completion of all opening and closing procedures.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of gym management, providing leadership, guidance, and decision‑making to ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience.
  • Assist gym management with day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks and contributing to strategic goals.
  • Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve goals while setting the standard for exceptional member service and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with gym management to support and execute initiatives and special projects that align with business goals and brand standards.
  • Bring positivity, energy, and fun to the workplace, helping to create a motivated and engaged team environment.
