EōS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Service team and ensure day-to-day operational excellence in a new gym opening. This role involves exceptional customer service, monitoring revenue, managing retail, ensuring member fee compliance, maintaining facility cleanliness and functionality, and collaborating with other departments to enhance gym performance and uphold brand standards. The Operations Manager must be flexible and adaptable to changing needs, with duties subject to management discretion. The primary purpose of this position is to lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere, be great hosts, and serve as the central hub of information for members, guests, and staff.
