About The Position

The Swift Creek Family YMCA is currently seeking part time responsible individuals to oversee gymnasium services and activities. Requirements

• Service oriented, role model with a member first attitude.
• Able to recognize and respond to unsafe situations.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to use a computer, telephone and related business equipment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gymnasium services and activities.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain gymnasium equipment and inventory.
• Set up and break down events.
• Maintain surveillance during games, activities, and member participation.
• Facilitate seating and set up for gym rental, as necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members and staff.
