Requirements
- 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in gutter services/installation.
- Passion for gutters.
Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, and specialty gutters.
- Repair and maintain gutters.
- Interact comfortably with clients.
