About The Position
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking an experienced Gutter Installer to join their team. This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand. Requirements
- 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in gutter services/installation
- A passion for gutters
Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, and specialty gutters.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on gutters.
- Interact comfortably with clients and colleagues.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
