Requirements
- Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing)
- Expertise in OOP concepts, design standards, and best practices
Nice To Haves
- Guidewire certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development
- Hands-on with GOSU development, including coding, debugging, and maintenance
- Experience in PCF screen configuration and UI customization
- Knowledge of security and configuration setups (roles, permissions, regions, user attributes)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration/testing issues
- Experience with code merges, environment management, and deployments
- Exposure to Guidewire upgrades (minor & major)
- Strong testing skills (GUnit/JUnit for business logic validation)
- Experience in solution design, architecture, and estimation
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate across onshore/offshore models
- Experience in Agile delivery (sprint demos, code reviews, cleanups)
