Requirements

  • Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Development.
  • Proficiency in Gosu and Java programming.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integrations, Web Services, XML, Messaging, and Batch Processing.
  • Knowledge of J2EE Application Servers, RDBMS, and Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, WebMethods, WebSphere ESB, etc.).
  • Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and policy administration processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, source control, and release management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing reusable APIs, adapters, and integration components.
  • Exposure to Guidewire upgrades and multi-tier application architectures.
  • Ability to lead development teams and work across onshore/offshore teams.
  • Guidewire certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Guidewire PolicyCenter applications and integrations.
  • Configure and enhance workflows, business rules, batch processes, plugins, and web services.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Guidewire Integration Framework, XML, Messaging, and APIs.
  • Perform unit testing (GUnit/JUnit), troubleshooting, bug fixes, and code reviews.
  • Support software upgrades, code merges, environment management, and release activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable insurance solutions.
