Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of software development experience.
4+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Integration development experience.
3+ years of Guidewire Cloud Platform implementation experience.
Strong expertise in Gosu, REST APIs, web services, messaging, and enterprise integrations.
Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to middleware and cloud integration technologies is preferred.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise integration projects within the P&C Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud and external systems.
Build REST APIs, event-driven integrations, batch interfaces, and web service integrations using Guidewire Integration Framework.
Develop and customize PolicyCenter applications using Gosu, business rules, workflows, PCF configurations, plugins, and extensions.
Collaborate with architects to design scalable cloud-based integration solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Support CI/CD pipelines, Guidewire Cloud deployments, and production issue resolution.
Monitor and optimize integration performance.
Work closely with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
