We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to join a cross‑functional Agile delivery team supporting large‑scale insurance platform implementations. This role focuses on capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements at a user‑story level, while partnering closely with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), developers, and QA teams. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in understanding end‑to‑end business processes, translating business needs into system solutions, and helping drive continuous improvement across insurance products and workflows. This position requires strong communication skills, Guidewire PolicyCenter expertise, and the ability to contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle—including requirements definition, testing support, and artifact maintenance. This role will directly support a multi‑year Guidewire transformation initiative, implementing core Guidewire products to modernize and scale enterprise insurance operations. The organization is currently rolling out PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Smart Communications, beginning with Commercial Auto, with future phases planned for Property & Casualty, Garage, and General Liability lines of business. The selected candidate will help shape how business requirements are translated into Guidewire configurations, influence system design decisions by leveraging deep Guidewire platform knowledge, support testing strategies to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions, and enable business stakeholders to make informed decisions through clear documentation and analysis. This role has a direct impact on system stability, business efficiency, and long‑term platform success.
