About The Position

Capgemini is hiring experienced Guidewire BillingCenter (GWBC) Configuration Developers to support a critical production stabilization initiative focused on Payment Processing, Payroll Deduct, Money Application, and Reconciliation.

Requirements

10+ years of Guidewire BillingCenter development experience
Strong expertise in GWBC Configuration and Gosu Development
Experience with PCF, Rules, Typelists, Data Model, Plugins, Messaging, Work Queues, and Integrations
Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
Experience with REST/SOAP services and payment processing workflows
Proven production support and issue resolution experience

Nice To Haves

Guidewire BillingCenter Certification
Property & Casualty Insurance experience
Payroll Deduct billing model expertise
Guidewire Cloud implementation experience
CI/CD and DevOps knowledge

Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve complex BillingCenter payment and transaction issues
Develop and configure GWBC solutions using Gosu
Troubleshoot money application, payment allocation, reconciliation, and posting defects
Support Direct Bill, Agency Bill, Payroll Deduct, and Accounts Receivable processes
Build and support integrations with external payment systems
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, and stakeholders
Support production deployments, defect fixes, and stabilization efforts
