About The Position

The Customer Service Agent is required to have a pleasant, polite, energetic, and helpful presence while providing front line service to our casino customers. Individuals who succeed in our Customer Service position are organized, quick and have the ability to multitask.

Requirements

  • Able to maintain security clearance
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
  • Fluent in the English language
  • A team player who is willing to learn new skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a variety of customers

Nice To Haves

  • Lottery ticket sales experience is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests when they enter the casino
  • General coat check duties
  • Making announcements over the intercom
  • Interacting with guests and respond graciously to inquiries regarding services and features of the casino
  • Assisting marketing when required by making gift baskets, promotional items, laminating and cutting
  • Responsible for selling Casino merchandise and other items
  • Providing information about upcoming casino events
  • Other related service duties or responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements
