This is a high-profile, front-facing customer service role serving patients and visitors at various hospitals within our community. The Guest Services Ambassador provides a welcoming first impression for a facility while simultaneously upholding visitor guidelines and visitor management protocols. Guest Services Ambassadors demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, listening skills, empathy, and ability to effectively interact with patients, visitors, staff and others. They will serve as a resource for information and work to enhance the experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
