About The Position
J-1 visa applicants only. Team Members must have at least three days of availability and be able to work weekends, holidays, and special events. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guest information, requiring problem-solving skills to achieve guest resolution at the lowest level of authority. Successful candidates will complete product knowledge training to effectively answer guest questions and promote facilities, amenities, and activities. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential in all guest interactions. This position may involve standing for the majority of each shift.
