Team Members will act as the first point of contact for guest information, problem-solve to achieve guest resolution at the lowest level of authority, and complete product knowledge training to answer various questions from guests. They will also promote facilities, amenities, and activities, exhibiting a friendly and professional demeanor in all guest interactions. This role requires availability for at least three days a week, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Standing for the majority of each shift is expected.
