About The Position

Responsible for ensuring The Ultimate Southern Gaming Experience by satisfying our guests and the successful overall supervision of the activities of all Associates who work in the Front Desk and Bell Desk areas of the Hotel, ensuring maximum occupancy and optimum guest service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Two years experience in a Hotel required.
  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred.
  • progressive supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
