About The Position

In this role, you will start a guest's day off in the best way by providing an expectation-exceeding welcome to Willamette Pass Resort. Assist and guide the guest as they pick up tickets/passes, obtain gear and make their way to the mountain. Requirements

• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and respond to their queries in a professional, efficient manner.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases, season pass purchases, equipment rental pickups, and snow school lesson redemptions.
• Respond to guest email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their questions are answered.
• Handle lost and found items, ensuring they are securely stored and returned to their rightful owners when claimed.
• Be the point of contact for any guests with concerns and resolve the concerns in a timely manner.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for multiple areas.
• Assist in any other department or with any other duties, as assigned or needed.
