About The Position

This position requires a friendly, outgoing, and patient disposition at all times. The Guest Services Representative must be able to handle cash and charge transactions. This person also needs to stay updated on the park history, daily schedule and special events. Weekends are required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries, requests or complaints from guests and/or staff in a kind and courteous manner.
  • Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Needs to be able to think logically and solve problems with little or no guidance.
  • Must be able to communicate with guests and staff clearly and effectively.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, holidays and evenings.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be comfortable around large crowds.

Nice To Haves

  • Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and process tickets and memberships, handling payments and issuing receipts.
  • Provide excellent guest service by greeting visitors warmly and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Offer information about ticket options, membership benefits, and promotions.
  • Resolve ticket or membership issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote events, upgrades, and additional services to enhance guest experience.
