About The Position
The Courtyard Evansville is hiring for a Full Time Guest Service Representative. The purpose of the Guest Service Representative is to greet and serve guests in a professional, hospitable manner. Register guests, provide prompt and courteous service to the guest throughout their stay, resolve guest problems, close guest accounts upon checkout and offer fond farewell to the guests.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience and/or training
- Ability to stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a professional, hospitable manner.
- Register guests.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to the guest throughout their stay.
- Resolve guest problems.
- Close guest accounts upon checkout.
- Offer fond farewell to the guests.
