Requirements
- Minimum of 17 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous cash handling experience
- Certification in an approved first aid and CPR course
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer services to program and facility guests.
- Responding to the needs and requests of facility patrons.
- Providing answers or solutions to concerns.
- Answering multi-line phones.
- Escorting guests through the facility.
- Handling cash.
- Preparing and serving food.
- Preparing rooms for rentals.
- Assisting with special events.
