This is a part-time position (16-24 hours per week) with shifts available from 7 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and managing guest arrivals and departures. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and professionalism of public areas and the hotel office, utilizing selling techniques to maximize revenue, ensuring accurate guest accounts, and possessing a thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and the local area. The position also requires compliance with hotel operating procedures and policies, assisting with safety procedures, processing departmental reports, and supporting team members and other departments for operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves delivering amenities, providing general assistance to guests, and performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
