About The Position

Responsible for relaying information regarding Coushatta Casino Resort RV Park to guests calling in on toll-free number. Responds to guest requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly. Enters changing reservation information into computer system. Posts charges to guest accounts and processes payment of accounts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations, remaining polite to the guests at all times.

Nice To Haves

• Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous Hotel/Motel experience preferred.
