Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Must have ability to multitask
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare customer service experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all patients & guests as they enter the Cancer Center
  • Assists patients requiring additional help by researching appointment information & guiding them accordingly
  • Assists all Conference Center guests to appropriate location based on schedule
  • Perform light clerical duties as directed by G&VS Manager
  • Acts as back up to mailroom staff in operating entry gate
