About The Position

FC PROVIDES PARKING, TRANSPORTATION, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO HEALTH SYSTEMS THROUGHOUT THE U.S. We are seeking a Guest Service professional to provide a great guest experience to our patients and visitors at the hospital. MONDAY through FRIDAY 8:30AM-5:00PM

Requirements

• Positive and friendly attitude
• COVID-19 VACCINATION
• Clean-cut appearance
• Fluent in English and well spoken
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Minimum 2yrs customer service experience
• We perform background checks and motor vehicle reports, so clean records are a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients in a welcoming manner
• Patient screening
• Wheelchair and sanitation assistance
• Communicate with guests effectively and offer Way-finding
• Identify additional customer service opportunities
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
• Perform other related duties required to maintain a compassionate and safe environment for all patients, guests, and medical personnel.
