About The Position
Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee general store operations. The role requires excellent customer service and the ability to respond to customer needs. The successful candidate is self-motivated and assists managers with tasks needed to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The person should be knowledgeable about store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service. Starting pay is $21.41–$31.40 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture.
- Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Background check required.
