About The Position

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee general store operations. The role calls for excellent customer service, responding to customers’ needs, and assisting managers with tasks that keep facilities maintained and running smoothly. The successful candidate is knowledgeable about store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service. Starting pay is $21.41–$31.40 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
