About The Position
We are looking for multiple interns to assist with game day operations and guest services during home games. If you're interested in working in sports and/or entertainment, this is a great entry-level opportunity! This is the perfect internship for those looking to break into the sports industry.
Requirements
- Must be able to attend at least 10 home games
- Communicate effectively and professionally with fans
- Strong desire to work in the sport industry
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Setting up and tearing down our guest services location and game day equipment (merchandise, tables/chairs, etc.)
- Handling transactions for chuck a puck and raffles
- Assisting fans with basic questions regarding game day activities, locations, basic ticket information, and more.
- May be asked to attend non-game events.
