About The Position

The Galleria Park Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Host. This role involves creating distinctively different and authentic experiences for guests. The host will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests, assist them with check-in/check-out, ensure their comfort and welcome, and provide information. The position also requires promoting hotel services and amenities. The ideal candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and mid-shifts, as well as weekends.

Requirements

• Flexibility with work days and hours.
• Previous experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing.
• A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
