About The Position

The Galleria Park Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Host. This role is crucial in creating distinctively different and authentic experiences for guests. The host will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests, assist them with check-in/check-out, ensure their comfort and welcome, and provide information. Additionally, the host will promote hotel services and amenities.

Requirements

• Flexibility with work days and hours, including various shifts (7:00 am-3:00 pm, 3:00 pm-11:00 pm, and other mid shifts) and weekends.
• Previous experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing.
• A "people person" who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
