The Guest Services Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and positive relations through daily interaction with all guests. This role involves delivering and promoting prompt, courteous, and friendly service, preparing and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor areas, and facilitating up-sales. The agent will work in conjunction with all staff in all departments, practicing positive communication and teamwork. Key duties include answering phone calls, voicemails, and emails, as well as checking in guests and taking payments for Beach and Cabana Rentals. The position requires punctuality, professional attire, and a positive attitude. Assistance with on-property activities or special events may also be required.
