This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and positive guest relations through daily interactions. The agent will deliver and promote prompt, courteous, and friendly service, prepare and maintain the cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor areas, and facilitate up-selling. The position requires working in conjunction with all staff in all departments, practicing positive communication and teamwork. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, voicemails, and emails, as well as checking in guests and processing payments for Beach and Cabana Rentals. The role also involves assisting with on-property activities or special events as needed. Punctuality, professional attire, and a positive attitude are expected.
