Creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car in the hotel garage. Assist with luggage and deliveries to guest rooms and provide a fond farewell for departing guests at the hotel. Greets all guests and delivers luggage to room upon check-in, picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the front drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick ups. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, directions, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests. Receives vehicles from guests and drives to the hotel garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle being driven and other vehicles in the vicinity. Pick up vehicles when requested in a timely manner. Yields to pedestrians. Assesses any damage to vehicle. Clearly notes any damage on claim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked. Deposits key and ticket in Bell closet. Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property. Assists with preparation and delivery of In Room Dining delivery and housekeeping items during Overnight shift. Other duties and projects as assigned Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Works Harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
