The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for actively welcoming guests and providing prompt, safe shuttle and valet services upon guest arrival and departure. This role involves courteously and enthusiastically greeting guests, determining their needs, and providing prompt valet, shuttle, and luggage service. The GSA will also cheerfully greet guests, open vehicle and main Casino doors, and provide assistance as needed. Parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, shuttling guests to and from offsite properties and/or the RV Park while obeying traffic laws, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the valet area and shuttle vehicles are key responsibilities. The GSA will also inform management of guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions, and stay current on room rates, availability, property events, and emergency procedures. Additionally, they may assist with hotel amenity deliveries, cover House Service Attendant duties when needed, and perform other duties as directed by management.
