About The Position

As a Guest Services Associate, you help make guests’ vacations memorable from registration through checkout by providing a friendly welcome and excellent service. You share information about the resort and nearby attractions, provide room rate quotes, confirm reservations, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns. The role also involves processing transactions, balancing cash receipts, and completing guest check-in and check-out procedures.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash-handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle other cashier and money-handling responsibilities.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify that guest folios reflect the correct charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm individual and group reservations.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
